Last week, VL was in Birmingham for the Internet Retailing and eDelivery Expo
Due to the nature of VL’s business – omni-channel data integration – we are highly tuned in to omni-channel retail and the supply chain that makes the front end of these businesses run. We pick up a lot of information (if you’re a regular subscriber of VL’s blog, im sure you’ve noticed), and we do our best to disseminate this knowledge back into the industry so we can all learn and grow together.
So, VL held a workshop on potentially one of the hottest discussions going on in the omni-channel retailing space: Gen M (or Millennials) and how they are forcing the face of business to change to suit their needs and buying habits.
The workshop was enthusiastically received, with great discussion happening after the session that also followed us back to our stand.
